Hi all,
For catering purposes we need numbers for our get together.
So could you get back to us with numbers including children, by Friday November 4th, and also let us know of any dietary requirements.
Immediately before the Get Together there will be a General Meeting and Annual General Meeting that all are invited to attend if you wish. The meetings will start at 11 am. This is a good opportunity to have a say in the way forward in the running of the Association and to put forward any suggestions for improving it. Don’t worry you won’t be roped into standing for a position on the committee (unless you want to of course). Otherwise we’ll see you at 11.30 am.
